window rocks: what part again do I need?

my driver side window can be rocked back and forth by hand. It likes to bind up, sometimes (I believe as a result of this-- if it rocks one way and wedges, e.g.).

Rockauto doesn't sell regulators it seems. Is there a plastic doohickey of some sort or another that it might do to replace?

Hey!! there is a good sticky in the Interiors section on how to fix the motors or replace the bushings cheap. I did my passenger side rear and it works GREAT for less the $5 in parts, search:

nope, I found it!
Separate issue; it isn't the motor-- it's part of the regulator. It allows play in the window, which then is hard on the motor because the glass can end up wedging itself.
