I am wrong - model was right there in front of me. I am sorry - my fault. If it was a snake, it would have bit me.

And with the above info you guys have found, I just learned in fact the radio does have aux input -
"Auxiliary Inputs: The DEH-P4800MP is equipped with a 3.5mm stereo minijack auxiliary input for connecting external components, such as a portable MP3 player, DVD, or VCR. This "AUX 1" input must be turned on in the Initial Settings so it can be selected as a source. Once AUX 1 is selected as a source, you can change the source display of the input to any 8-character name. A second auxiliary device can be connected to this unit when an optional adapter is connected to the IP-Bus connector on the rear panel. This auxiliary input (known as AUX 2) must also be turned on, and an 8-character name for the input can be stored in memory. See below for more information on the 2nd Auxiliary Input."

I bought a junkyard radio because it didn't have an AUX port on front of unit, nor did it show between source selections. I'll return the junkyard radio and figure out the AUX deal.

    Thank you guys!!!

I didn't realize it was there either until 87gtVIC pointed it out, and even then I couldn't really make it out in the pic.

I was able to dig the box for mine out of the closet and found that it actually did come with a mounting sleeve, I guess I just thought that it didn't because I didn't need it when I installed it in my 89 MGM. The removal keys are MIA, knowing me I probably threw them out not knowing what they were, but 2 butter knives should work.
I took my radio out of my 91 MGM so I could remove the sleeve that was screwed to the radio and replace it with the correct one. That thing sure was stuck in there and took me about 15 minutes to get it out. Now if I ever need to take the radio out it should only take a minute or two.
