I have fiddled with them many times, but there seems to be no adjustment on a box Town Car. Is there?

I think there fixed into place... But I could be wrong

they're fixed. if it's shooting too high... wedge something in behind it to point it more at the windshield and let the next year or two bake the plastic into that position.
