Please help! the heat in my car is not working. I thought it was the thermosat and replaced it with no diffrence. the engine temp is normal and the blower works in all seq such as defrost, vent ect. I think it may be the belnd door ? how do I check it and is theer on-line picture to help?

It could just be crap clogging up the heater core and it needs to be back flushed (prepare to get wet). That may be all there is to it. But if that doesn't work... you may have a broken blend door or actuator.
Here's a site that covers fixing a broken blend door (looks like some other thing like a minivan or something, but should be similar - pulling the dash out and removing the entire plenum would work better):

Replacing the actuator is typically needed due to the actuator rod breaking. you'll have to remove the dash to do this.

On my buddies '00 Continental his AC would get cold under the hood but wouldn't blow cold through the vents. The remedy was to punch it up to full heat setting then back to full cold. Sure enough the AC started blowing through. What it did was un-stick the blend door. You could try the opposite if you have atc...
