Front right headlight out but functions when brights on...?

For whatever reason my front headlight doesn't work when my headlights are normally on and I was going to replace it until I noticed that it works when my brights are on. I haven't done any electrical work recently (besides fixing window motors/lock actuators/installing LED's) and I can't figure out exactly why this is happening, has anyone had a similar problem?

I got pulled over for this too btw lol

headlight is bad... iirc the low beam has 2 filaments ... that way they work for low and also high

Yeah...replace it. The low beam in it went bad.

low beam is bad, or the ground is bad. Probably the lamp if the high beam works at full brightness.
