    3/8" line before throttle plate?

I'll look harder... but there's this fat 3/8" fixture on the throttle body, right before the throttle plate (so vacuum before the manifold, probably varies much more than the vacuum lines that come off the intake).

Where's the vacuum line that goes there? Where does it come from?

Just reassembling stuff, can't seem to find it among the bird's nest of lines behind the intake.

    thanks!

The breath on your oil fill tube there should be a line from the vent on the fill tube to the line on the throttle body.

yeah, its not a vacuum line. Its the fresh air source to the valve cover for the PCV system. Fresh air in the valve cover, oil fumes sucked out of the crankcase by the PCV.
