    air pump removal?

    Hi!

For a couple reasons, I've wholly disconnected my smog pump.
Just want to make sure i haven't missed any loose ends.

There's a 1/2" (OD-- so maybe 1/4" ID) rubber hose that goes to a T connection towards the front passenger side, where the pump was-- so it must be for the pump. At the T junction, one leg is an electrical connection, another leg is rubber hose which disappears and I haven't traced it yet, and the first leg, the 1/2" rubber hose, is right now just open to the air.
It doesn't look like vacuum tubing? Should I pinch it off anyway?

There's a yellow-colored 2" diameter plastic canister thingy just behind the intake, mounted on the firewall. I never did find the hose to go to it, could that have gone to the airpump? It's plugged for now, but if it wasn't for the air pump, I should figure it out! Used a 1/4" barb.

I think that covers it. There were two other lines that came from the air pump and red into the sensors that hang off the upper intake; I took care of them so that they're not vacuum leaks.
