    yes actually... put sheets of paper in front of the AC condenser to let the radiator warm up. Took it a while though.

      If the car isn't moving and it has electric fans, it should basically warm up but once you're driving down the road it would probably cool down considerably.


      I've seen the sheets of cardboard thing more than a few times. It helps, but it still takes a long time to get things up to proper operating temperature and if you happen to put a load on it where you need more cooling capacity, its not there.
