on my 82 Mark VI besides the green/red to the alternator regulator. Adding things that require hot in run and I don't want my AMP light coming on every time one of these things turns on.

under the hood, or under the dash? Under the hood you can tap the ignition coil + if you want, though I wouldn't suggest hooking up high current devices to that circuit.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

preferably under the hood... and it's just to trip relays... the relays will supply the real power.
also... would that work with TFI? This is the EFI setup from at least an 83 on top of this 93 engine.Last edited by sly; 11-03-2010, 09:29 PM.

coil wire ought to work then. Relays don't pull much, but I've seen people try and run electric fans direct off the coil circuit. Not a good idea.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

and it has an MSD 6A driving the coil.
edit: nevermind... found the right wire going to the MSD that went to the original coil and tested it... that'll work. Thanks.Last edited by sly; 11-03-2010, 09:51 PM.
