ok my passenger side window has a problem. it will go up most of the way but when it get to maybe a 1/2 inch left it gets stuck tried shaking the window and making it go up and down nothing. whats the problem. I recently installed a new window weatherstripping on it as the original cracked on me and fell apart.

Remove the window motor and inspect the plastic bushings. If they're shredded it can do weird stuff.91 Mercury CP, Lopo 302, AOD, 3.08LSD. 3g upgrade, Moog wagon coils up front, cc819s in the back. well i just fiddled around with it more i took off the weatherstripping and the window went up fine. so i re-put the weatherstripping on again and the window went up fine again. so i guess the weatherstripping wasn't on right causing it to not go up right.
