    [HELP] BREAK LIGHTS OUT, BLINKERS NOT BLINKING...

    OOOOOOOOOOOOK IM BACK AGAIN! LOL

    SOOOOOoOoOoOooooo here is my problem... in detail

    ok its night time. i start my car, twist the auto head lights timer toggle. my head lights come on. i turn on my blinker 2 pull out of my drive way...

    huuuuum blinkers arent blinking...

    i turn on my 4ways THEY WORK..

    CONFUSED!... turn them off

    i get out of the car...

    MY TAIL LIGHTS ARE OUT AS WELL!

    NOW WDF!

    i go turn my 4 ways on again. they work in the back but no constant break lights...

    in fact with 4 ways off and some one stepping on my break no break lights at all....

    do i have a short?

    or is this a fuse box problem?

    the only light that i found bad so far is my front right marker light. about 2 go check my break light bulbs....

    but a answer or maybe ideas soon would b a help i got work tonight.

    and the cops as-s banged me last night, even tho i had my 4 ways on so i could get 2 work, i got a notice t5hat i have 5 days 2 get them working or i need a new inspection even tho i got 1, 4 weeks ago...

    OK SECOND PROBLEM...

    WHERE IS MY FUSE BOX.

    my thoughts where under the driver side dash... couldn't find it. huuuum under hood? COULDN'T FIND IT.... am i blind?

    i will repost in electrical, which im looking threw now for like wise problems so i may just find my answer...

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    OK.... SO... FOUND THE FUSE BOX!
    NOW.
    THE ONLY FUSE BLOWN, IS A 20AMP FUSE THAT IN MY MANUAL SAYS ITS FOR MY CIGARETTE LIGHTS... EVEN WITH THE FUSE OUT 1 OF MY CIG LIGHTERS STILL WORK... MY REAR PASSENGER.
    but i also checked my break bulbs. 1 of the bulbs 2 on each break light is out... (the 1's closer 2 the trunk lid) they have a tiny bit of black-ness on them. as soon is i touched them 2 un-tightened them n take then out. the bulbs broke lose from there bottom connectors, which stayed in the break light socket.
    i got them out but. i mean wow they just crumpled like dust. so ill get some new bulbs aspa see if this helps but idk im quite aggravated with the hole thing.
    my hazards work but my blinkers don't blink. and my break lights r still out and don't even light up when i step on the breaks
    so idk ne help guys?
    You have replaced the bulbs right? Sounds like a ground problem to me. I believe the grounds for the rear lights are on the passenger side of the trunk behind the carpet. make sure the ground is tight and clean.
      i had my hazards on while doing so and when i disconnected the blinker clip my right blinker kept blinking with y hazards but my left didnt... idk if this makes a diffrence but eh who knows.
      and i think my blinker flash controller is shot. where can i pick up a new 1?
        There are 2 flasher units, one for hazard, one for regular blinkers. They won't affect the brake lights though. Usually when they fail, the lights just come on and won't flash.
          I did not know that we had 2 flasher units! Do you mean that we have 2 flasher relays? If so, where is the 2nd one at? I only know of the one in the fuse box.
            I am told the hazard flasher is located BEHIND the fuse panel.
              one on the front side of the fuse panel, the other on the back side where its extra fun to plug in.
                Yep, I got that one by unscrewing the panel and turning it sideways. Lots of fun to get at that.
                  HOLLY AQUATIC BA-NADAS BATMAN!
                  WELL IT WAS THE GROUND...
                  WHERE THE GROUND WAS LOCATED THERE IS SOME PRETTY SWEET CAR CANCER
                  THE WIRE WAS JUST HANGING THERE.
                  i cut the wire and put a new end on it. tried a few spots. only 1 that made the tail lights light up was connecting it 2 the trunk latch...
                  my question is. is this safe? where would b a batter place. the ones i tried the lights wouldn't light up for me.
                    Trunk latch is a fine place to ground it.
                          You can reach behind the panel, no need to unbolt it.
