From what I gather, these will work with practically any OBD1/EEC-IV computer, but what about OBDII? I snagged several of these at a junkyard today, and aside from putting one in my grandparent's '89 Grand Marquis, and one in another project I'm working on, my dad is wanting to know if we can wire one up in his '95 Mustang GT. Any ideas, before I just flat out try it and fry something?

fixed for you
you may be able to wire it to a 95 mustang, but you would need to locate all the wiring in the mustang and a diagram of the tripminder wiring.....wouldnt be an easy job

In the electrical archvies, Gabe's 89 tripminder install has some of the Tripminder wiring diagrams; if that could be of any help.

well, a 95 Mustang has the right ECM, but I dont know if its got the fuel flow wire. On a Vic, its pin 34, but a little research tells me on the 94-95 Mustang, that pin does something else. If you can find a really complete pinout, that should tell you. The one at fordfuelinjection.com doesn't have the info I was looking for.
For whatever its worth, pin 34 on an 89-93 mass air ECM is the fuel flow wire, and it does work with a tripminder.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
