    Re-activating the interior lights?

Does anyone know the sequence to re-activate the interior lights on a Police Crown Vic? I know there is a sequence you can do to shut them off, so the lights don't come on when you open the door, for police purposes... but a friend wants to re-activate the interior lights on a car he recently bought...

If its a box, check the drivers door jamb switch that it is still connected.
