i can somewhat answer your question if you want digital dash your getting into a whole mess of wires, my partcar tc has a digital dash ..so i asked around and after i found out how much trouble it is to get one in more hassle than its worth but if you really want to well i suppose you could, but every thing that lights up on that dash you need the sending unit for and its a real pain in the rear. if you want check out my threads somehwere i have a a digital dash tc help somewhere....89 townie, mild exhuast up grades, soon to have loud ass stereo....

Since that's out of a newer car, it's made to be driven by a completely different computer system, so the amount of messing around required to make it work with your car would be enough to make Bill Gates cry.
If you really want a digital dash, it would be better to do something like FatNasty did with his Grand Marquis and get the digital gauges from a Town Car.

Possible, yes. Practical? probably not. Unless you really know your stuff, making that function would be no easy task. Towncar gauges would be easier, or maybe early box fox Tbird stuff since thats closer in physical size to the CV gauge cluster. The only part of the digital cluster on a Towncar thats a hugely involved mess is the Message Center (tripminder) stuff. THe rest is pretty simple, but the control box and the massive amount of wiring involved with the message center makes it difficult to transplant.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
