I have gotten pretty good at pullling the heater box on my 89 CV. Manual ATC, I can have the entire heater box out in about 2.5hrs.
Looks like I may have to pull it out again and check the blend and recirc doors, I suspect they are broken or not moving fully.2003 Town Car Signature - 3.27 RAR, Dual exhaust and J-mod - SOLD 9/2011

I ended up dropping the column last time I messed with one. Made the job a good bit easier. Would have been easier still if I'd been smart and pulled the wheel first, and maybe the seats.2012 Mazda5 Touring | Finally working on the LTD again!

I do hate the way our HVAC plenums are secured to the firewall with those ghey stud things. I have yet to have one come apart nicely, and I have a large nut and bolt stuck through the drilled-out upper mount point to prove it.2012 Mazda5 Touring | Finally working on the LTD again!
