Does the Crown Vic and the Grand Marquis use the same bulbs?

What years are we talking about here? Most likely the bulb itself is the same, assuming the same year car. Complete lens assembly, I think those may be the same but not sure.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

Parts search results: 9007 and variants confirmed. Oddly (or maybe not so oddly?), it looks exactly like the bulbs we used in my mom's old '86 Escort.2012 Mazda5 Touring | Finally working on the LTD again!

9004 (what te Escort prob takes) look almost identical to a 9007. The ground and I think the low beam pin are reversed though. They also have a different beam pattern or something, so sticking a 9007 in a re-wired 9004 housing may give wierd light spread. The 9007 is higher wattage though I believe.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
