What years are we talking about here? Most likely the bulb itself is the same, assuming the same year car. Complete lens assembly, I think those may be the same but not sure.

Its a 05 Crown Vic..Just the bulb..
I was thinking the 98 and newer Crown Vics and Grand Marquis all use the same bulb not was not sure.
9004 (what te Escort prob takes) look almost identical to a 9007. The ground and I think the low beam pin are reversed though. They also have a different beam pattern or something, so sticking a 9007 in a re-wired 9004 housing may give wierd light spread. The 9007 is higher wattage though I believe.
