    Hose For Coffee/Soup Can

Where does that damn hose run to after it goes behind the brake booster? The line broke the other day and the heater has been diverting back to defrosters when I accelerate and when I go up hills.

Ok, thanks guys! Will it hurt if I replace it with a bigger diameter hose?

              Cold plus plastic equals brittle.

I was putting in a working computer, and my wrench got stuck on the hose.

Bigger diameter hose will be fine, as long as it fits snug over the nipples. Anything is better than that plastic crap, cept for silicone vacuum hose, stay away from that crap lol

That plastic shit pisses me off. I think if someone looked at it, it would break. I'll be sure to get some vacuum line and make a new feed for it.

just go to any parts store and request whatever length of the same inner diameter hose.... you can get thicker heavier hose but its the same inner diameter to fit over the nipple.

Don't get junkyard shit. Chances are all that stuff will be in the same or close to the same condition as yours. A parts store should sell the hose in several different diameters. I know mine does.

+100. Your corner hardware store is also a perfectly good source for a variety of cut-to-purchase rubber tubing.

I bought like 15 feet of suitable size rubber line and replaced all the cracked plastic lines on my car. No more problems with leaks or breakage issues. It doesnt have the cool color codes, but the important part is that it works.
