    A/C Hose Question

Anyone know if the fuel line disconnect tool will work to disconnect these A/C lines (see pic below), or do I need another special tool?

yes they will work. They are the same things, you need to pick the correct size. Make sure the ac isn't pressurized or else you might lose your face.

Ok, coolness. I'm gonna have to find the entire set of disconnect tools then. I'll make sure to discharge all the R12 first before I disconnect the hoses, as I prefer to not be injured while working on things, lol.

Save that R12 if you can (by having a shop vacuum it out)!! Some of us still want it!

I would if I could mang, but unfortunately I have no way of getting the car to a A/C repair shop, nor do I know anybody who would come here with the equipment and do it. If I could retrieve it myself somehow, I would probibly re-use it instead of converting to R-134a.
