There is a 3G Rectifier that you can buy and install onto an existing 3G, I believe only large case, that will increase its output to 200amps. I think the trade off is the alternator may not last as long as it would left stock because of the increased output. The part is $75 more or less depending where you get it, but it's going to take some soldering work and is a little more complex of an upgrade. Here's a link to one of the places that carries them, http://rjminjectiontech.com/?p=7
There may be something you can look into with perhaps the Ford ambulances but I have no clue about sizing or work you'd have to do. The simple 130amp 3G is really your best bet and should give you ample power.

If you need more than 130 amps you have to get a high output aftermarket 3G. I bought mine from HERE, you can get parts or a new 3G, they have many different 3G options (135A, 150A, 160A, 175A, 205A & even a 220A external regulated version).
What alternator are your running now? I would suggest trying out that 130 3G first before dropping your load on $363.95 bucks worth of 200 amps.
The 130 amp 3g is almost free used so try it out first. And be sure to check that there isn't a draw coming from someplace else and also check to be sure that the car is properly grounded as well
My lights will dim under the right circumstances. Those would be at idle with the AC on, e-fan on, and the blower on high. Don't need the stereo to mess with it. It draws down enough so my ditch light relays don't grab, so my ditch lights blink. I also have an underdrive pulley, so my idle output will be worse. I didn't have that issue with stock pullies.
