So I got this oil pressure sender for the guage I got (for some reason the gauge did not come with a sender, cheap fucks), and I finally got the plumbing to make it work. I got it installed, and the gauge pegs at 100 PSI WTF? So I check all the connections to make sure they are tight, and the thing still pegs 100. So I pulled the new sender off and hooked my continuity tester to it. It did not register. So I put my mouth over the opening on teh sender and blew into it, and the tester registered. When I ordered this thing, I specifically made sure it was for a gauge, but it seems this is for a light, which means the listing on Partsamerica is wrong. I am getting sick of this shit not working the first time.
Does anyone know where I can get a fucking sender to work with a fucking gauge? Right now I have the old sender screwed into the new plumbing and wired it back up. I would really like to get all the gauges to work. The gauges are SunPro by teh way.
Thanks guys
Jon
