ok its a green wire that was singed and sparked, and as i said before its running up the right side of the trunk by the hing there is like a plastic tube covering three wire one being the gree n singed one, and also my owners says that a 15 should be in it

If it is a light green wire with a yellow stripe it is for the trunk light, and that circuit goes to damn near everything. I would definitely tape up the singed wire, make sure you have the correct size fuses in all the spots. You said the rear lights were on, i'm assuming you mean brake lights or backup lights. When you pulled the #8 fuse did those lights go out as well? If so i think you have some sort of problem with the circuit from fuse 8 and fuse 4 connecting. Or possibly a problem with fuse link B. Hope this helps.

Now that i think about it its most likely the headlight switch since all the lights that are on are controlled by that in some way. it probably got all melted and messed up inside which is a common problem on these cars. Might need to replace that, chances are you will be able to tell just by taking it out that its all melted or burnt.

So what am I taking out the lights switch? and looking for burnt wires? and if so would i have to just snip the wires and re run it to the switch, which might explain when i went to check that my car smelled like somethng buring and smoke, but i tried to do it again and could not find the smoke again.

It is either the switch or the plug that goes into the switch, probably the plug though. in which case you will probably need to get another plug that isn't all melted, from the junkyard or something and re-attach it.

The plug? The plug you would have to get to the switch. I'm not sure how you would access it. The only way I personally have seen the switch/plugs is now since the dash has been moved. I'm sure there's another way. The plugs themselves are clip plugs just like every other connection on these cars. You'll need a flat screwdriver free the tabs from the switch, and then pull the plug away.
