Hmm. Makes sense. Where do I get one? 87_Crown_Vic, how did you bypass your heater core?

It may get a little hot and bubble in the overflow, but once the engine is shut down and allowed to cool, it should draw coolant out of the overflow to replace the air that came out.
Yesterday I flushed the system. I tested the Thermostat, it opened. The water pump is working as it should. Scott told me that it could be the radiator. Since I flushed the system, I gave it a try. I burped the system, filled the overflow tank as well. Scott told me that the only other thing would be the radiator has failed. The coolant is boiling over in there. So I am going to go and get a radiator, and a Heater Core too.

Got another radiator. I closed it all up, revved the engine, and the upper hose collapsed. What do I do?

Its got air in it. The hoses collapsing is from the engine cooling down and the air contracting. Fill the overflow bottle, it should suck coolant up from there. If not, pop the cap and top the radiator off.
