I think so. It looks right. You may have to get a small file or sandpaper and knock the oxide off the contacts and that washer that shorts them. If you have good continuity on the switch, you may have a wiring/ground issue on that circuit.

I'm not sure. It could be grounded to the chassis through the frame of the parking brake. I'd have to look at that circuit again. It's still the same on my 93, so my service manual should help. I'll have to see if I remember when I get home to check on that.

Probably just jumper the connector and see if that fixes it. If yes, make it permanent.
