http://tweecer.com/products.htm is what it supports. No panther applications listed. Pretty much for EEC IV you're looking at Mustang and Mark VII or Tbird. Probably a 5.0 turd ECM could be plugged in to a Panther if you really want to tweak on a lopo ECM.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
