1990 country squire odometer stuck

Hi all,
I recently purchased a 1990 country squire and my odometer is stuck. Seems to be a common issue with the gears breaking. Is there a writeup on the steps to remove the gauge cluster and fix a stuck odometer?
My gas gauge also doesn't work in process of testing the sending unit.
