Intermittent / intermittent wipers

I am having issues with the intermittent wipers in my ‘85 CS. Wipers work in low and high position and will park. But, when in intermittent mode they start hesitating, jittering as it swipes back and forth. The motor seems fine, as it works in the other modes, so itrios the module control, but I can’t find the right part anywhere.

the one in the car has part # e5af-17c476-aa and seems impossible - has one connector to the motor and one to the wiper switch and sits under the dash.

I bought if eBay part # D5AZ-17C476-A which had the same connectors but did not work at all.

any idea where to source the part ?

I would try cleaning the contacts on the switch first. If that doesn't help, try another relay. Also check to make sure the ground to the wiper motor is good. WagonMan
