    Wheels?

At some point, I would like to get new wheels on the Mercury. I've narrowed it down to 3 choices.

    Turbines

    Cragar SS

    Marauder wheels

The only problem I forsee with getting Marauder wheels is the distinct lack of white lettered tires, and I'll have to buy spacers.

Keep and clean the turbines until you can swing a set of 17" Cragars.
2011 Mustang GT Premium, MT82, Kona/Saddle, HIDs, 3.73s, 19s, hood/side stripes, UPR 1.5" springs with adjustable panhard bar, and UMI solid LCAs and relocation brackets.
1992 Explorer Eddie Bauer, slight lift, 34s, and A/C...
1979 Bronco Custom, 351M/C6/NP205, 4" lift, 35s, lots of fender trimming.

I like either the Cragars or painted and polished turbines.

I don't want a wheel without depth to it. And I'm obviously a fan of turbines.

Cragar SS, they look sweet on boxes. 200S might be a good choice too.

I like the way turbines look. I'm a fan of the stock look. A want to go to a junkyard and get me a set of turbines and put on some brand new tires to replace my steelies.

I don't think I've ever seen those before! They look like box TownCar turbines...They look like 15" on an aero to me.

It's 2006!!! What's with the Cragars and turbine wheels? Our big cars need big wheels. I'm only looking at 17" and up for my Grand Marquis. The factory 15" rolling stock is place holders for something larger!!!

They were using 22" wheels in the 20's and earlier...big wheels are nothing new.
