depends on what mechanical ability and tools you have, and the availability of a cheap source for 98-02 panther parts.........i got my big brake stuff from a 28,000 mile grand marquis at a total of 120 bucks for the spindles, upper arms, rotors, hubs, calipers, brackets and hoses, upper and lower ball joints and brake pads, and bushings i got new........cost me about 400 in parts being thrifty........if you are replacing tie rods, idler arm, pitman arm, sleeves, springs and lower arm bushings and shocks add more.............those items were all already done or in decent shape and are all box body parts retained in the big brake swap.........need any more info about ti just ask

Ok here is the info yall wanted, My front sway bar is 1 1/8" And the distance from the center of the hub to the fender is 1' 5 1/4"
I loved the color from the first time i saw it. When i first spotted her the owner wouldent sell, But i told her i would own it one day soon. I kept bugging her and throwing her offers untill she took my 98 ford taurus and a 94 dodge dynasty in trade, both had bad transmissions. The Terror Of The Streets

there will be an official big brake swap article soon...
You could do a junkyard special big brake swap for about $200 bucks in parts if you get a GOOD deal at the junkyard (re-using bearings, hoses, ball joints, etc)
If you buy new brake hoses, rotors, etc and do a suspention rebiuld at the same time, it goes up to 5 or 6 hundered or more depending on qualitly of parts you use and how far you go.
Thats all assuming you can do it all yourself!Pete ::::>>> resident LED addict and CFI defector LED bulb replacements
