    So the 95 upper and lower arm would fit a 88 Marquis just need the 88 bushings

      The 95 upper and lower arm work but only if you change the spindle. You would also need the shafts from the 88 upper arms. Spindle is the same from 1995-2002, but the brakes are different for 95-97 and 98-02. The later brakes are better, but require 16" wheels. Nothing but the stock spindle fits the stock brakes, and only the stock arms fit the stock spindle.
