Pondering the purchase of KYB's front and rear for my '89 Colony Park. Which version KYB did you get?

          +2 to gas-a-justs.

For me, I wasn't sold on them until I had them all around. They didn't mix well with soft shocks in the rear and hard kybs in the front.

I think I remember seeing RockAuto having these on close out for crazy cheap. I didn't get them because I thought I heard some people got the NOS police ones that were leaky right out the box. How stiff are the police ones?

Can one of you provide part numbers for the police versions of these shocks? I can't seem to find a listing for them on the KYB website for my 1991. All they show are the civilian spec versions KG4515 front and KG5521 rear.

there are no police spec for the rear. There are police spec for the front. KG5458 is police/taxi front. 5521 for the rear.
