I have to thank you guys in advance, you're always life savers when it comes to figuring out whats wrong.
Anyway I made a small panic stop the other day (everyone in front of me stopped short to rubber neck for a car accident). When I went to hit the brakes after that, I noticed something in the brake pedal assembly making noise. I know it's not coming from the actual brakes, the car stops the same as always. It just makes a strange grumble the first inch or so when I depress the pedal. I tried WD-40 but that was a lost cause. If I depress it very slowly, I don't hear the noise, but for an average stop it's pretty noticeable, and extremely annoying. Any thoughts?
