What's up guys? So I'm replacing the rear shocks in my little brother's 91 GM after work today and was wondering how to get to the top bolt on the shocks. I had the car up in the air a week ago but I wasn't able to figure out how to get to it. can anyone help me out?

Most say ratcheting combination wrench, I say reciprocating saw with a 12" metal blade and cut that sucker off. Watch the fuel lines on the drivers side. Good time to change the springs too, and the rubber line for the rear brakes

What Pete said. I used a Drimmel with one of the tile cutting bits to cut mine off. I also used the flex shaft on the drimmel to get extra reach. It was a piece of cake after cutting the nut off.

I was too skeered to use the saw... but then I had no rust issues. box end wrench on the top and remove the bottom bolt and then wrench the hex top of the shroud to loosen the nut up top.
