While replacing the shocks, I found a small leak in the gas tank. It looks like it is rusted (lot of rust under the car) on the lower seam. It will drip about one drop every few minutes or so. The question is can it be fixed or what year will fit to replace it.

if i were to do a patch, it would be a short temp repair. as for replacements, i belive tans from 1986-91 will work. question is, do you have a seperate fuel pump and fuel gauge sender? i have never seen the tanks with 2 holes but, im told they exist.

As far as I know the pump and sending unit are in there own holes. The sending unit is on the side and I guess the pump is on top. I don't think it can be fixed by a patch.89 CV LX 225/60 x 16 tires, CC819 rear springs, Front & rear sway bar, trans & PS cooler from 90 cop car. KYB shocks, F-150 on rear. Dual Exhaust w/ H pipe.
