Stock Upper Control Arms?

as soon as i got her together and running id have a really hard time not just throwing a plate on her to go for a little drive.

Oh yea, after I get her running it would be too tempting to not throw the Merc's plate on it, just to take her for a quick spin. I live out in the country so I don't have much to worry about out here anyway.

As mushy as the stock suspension is, I have my doubts that any performance benifit those arms could potentially provide would ever be noticed.

Yea, I agree. I prefer Ride Quality over Handling performance in a Full-Size car anyway. I just like how rare these UCA's are. I'm very interested to see just how much better this car rides than my '87 Mercury.
