Has anyone refinished thiers i took all 5 bolts off the back to get the center with the wires off but will not come off anyone know the trick to them?

They're kind of permanently attached....

its possible that the center is fused to the rim due to corrosion, some times the spokes have to be loosend aswell

Just going to use steel wool to take finish off and clean up polish them back up then clear coat them . I will post pics of progress.
