You can always call local tire shops and ask if they've got a spiral lugnut remove sockt or "easy off" as I think they're sometimes called. Have them power the old wheel locks off with their big impact wrench, and bring along regular non-locking nuts to install in their place. I was actually able to get a shop to do this for me for free!

Long story shorty, I was able to find a mechanic to come to the house and fix everything. I helped out here and there but he did most of the work. Great thing is that he inspected and replaced only the parts I needed so I was able to return some stuff and get some money back. The whole break job, new break line and chiseling the lugnut keys off costed $220! The brakes work great and now I'll be moving on to the next step!
