Weird Thud Noise

I have been hearing a loud thud noise comming from the rear of the car when I accelerate a lil hard from a complete stop, and only when I accelerate from a complete stop not when the car is moving .... Any ideas... thanks. And yes i removed everything from the trunk except the spare and then drove it and it still made the noise ?

sounds like control arm bushings. i'd ask if its coming from the front or the rear, but assuming your car is like most other panthers out there....all the bushings are stock....


replace them all lol.

Check your shock mounts upper and lower. Bolt coulda broke.
