Big Brake swap Line adapters??

what are needed to connect the old(1987) lines to the New Big brake caliper
lines for the swap? Some type of adapter, but which one?
Someone must have this

I have mine somewhere I didn't use them...

Its a metric to standard adapter. One side is 3/16 female, but I don't know the designation on the other end that threads into the late model hose. Its a small brass thing that just threads right between the stock brake line and the new brake hose.

both sides are 3/16 Im pretty sure... female standard threads to male metric threads... got mine in the new hoses waiting for my lazy ass...
