Stock wheels are 5x4.5 bolt spacing. Backspacing is 4.25"
Wheels are interchangable for the most part up to 02, though because of the brakes the centercaps won't fit (depending on the style of cap.)
Explorer and ranger wheels fit, some Jeep and Chrysler wheels to.

Assume this applies to the 15 inch as well? My brother is trading in his 92 Vic on a new car. Has 4 new tires/wheels he's willing to give me if mine will fit on his 92.

Yep, those will interchange just fine.

CLD783, I DEFINITELY recommend getting a set of '98-ish cop wheels and tires if you can get a deal on some. My 16" Goodyear RS-As make both my cars handle like they're on rails by comparison.
