I got a rear sway bar for my lincoln, but I'm not exactly sure how it goes on. I have 1 hole drilled from the factory in a place where it seems like it could go but im not sure. Its on the trailing arms that go from the frame/body to the axle.

You got a Signature Series model? Rear swaybars require two holes per trailing arm, and the SS for some odd reason only has one - you'll need to drill them out, and make sure you got the spacers that go inside the trailing arm channel. -

It's been discussed ad nausem...
You'll need to bend/cut the arms for clearance and drill 2 holes... The current hole is the front hole.
And since you aren't a noob I can say this- "SEARCH"
