Frame needs attention

well i have a small spot on my frame where it is starting to rott, its on the passenger side right at the a pillar, its on the outside of the frame but the body of the car is blocking me from weldind a patch into it, now how much work would it be to loosen the body mounts and jack up that corner of the body to weld the frame?

If the bolts and mounts don't break, should be fairly easy....

the rest of the car is fine just that one little part of the frame that has a little bit of rott, baout the size of i quarter, not very big just want to fix it before it gets bigger,,,New car is not an option,
