AOD governor identification. Low or hi speed??

I ordered a governor off EBAY. Supposedly its a "high speed" shifting governor. I cant seem to identify it. Casting #RF-E2AP-7A300-AA L7

The guy said it was pulled from a mustang. Idk if that was a lie, but if it was I need to send it back so I can get my money back lol

There are no listings in the master parts manual for a 7A300 base part number. the governor assembly is a 7C063, though in typical Ford fashion it will consist of a bunch of individual parts that the docs won't explain. Entirely possible the 7C063 number appears nowhere on it, which is super helpful.

This is all it has to say on the matter, though I don't know if this is really of any help. F is Mustang on this list, K is Mark VII.
