It would be a cool upgrade to have it if wasn't so damn expensive. The cost of those kits could buy me 4 or 5 nice boxes. lol

Yeah, if I had the skills to install it, I'd have ordered one already. I have no garage, no tools, and no skill. It sucks to have to pay people to do everything for you, especially when you're as poor as me.

If somebody does do that and doesn't post a full write up, I will eat their children.

            You'll need this:

Chassis Tech, shAIM, or airbagit, or the ten thousand other names the parent company, shAIM goes by, is to be stayed away from. Remember you get what you pay for and the customer service is total crap.

And as far as setting up an airbag suspension, it wouldn't be that hard, in fact it would be easier to 'bag than a truck would be. I want to add a fully controllable airbag system to mine when the factory bags go on mine. When the snow melts here I'll crawl under my car for a good look at what all would be involved.

I want to install factory air springs in the back of my box to replace my air shocks. It would allow me to keep the auto-level that I like so much and allow me to run a decent performance shock back there instead of just the cheap air shocks I'm stuck to now. I'll do a writeup for that if I ever get around to it. Won't help y'all much for a full custom setup but maybe some other wierdo will want to do it as well.

Eh just about the time I found this site, my computer got fried by a lightning strike, I couldnt get onto my hard drive, had to start all over, and I forgot all about the site till I had a problem with my car.

                      :bump:

I'm wanting to do this to my tudor pretty soon... since AntiBling hasn't been around much lately, I'm hoping some of you guys will have feedback. If the people in the linky up top need to be stayed away from, does anyone have a better option?

It doesn't seem like it'd be hard to retrofit another type of kit onto our cars. Does anybody have any ideas? I'm scared to spend $1300 for a kit that isn't going to do what I want, or be worth the money.
