Im just wondering what i would torque my front wheel bearings to on my 84 since im going to change them tomorow night maybie,

The manual suggests that you first torque the bearings (while spinning the wheel) to 17-25 ft./lbs. (23-34 N m) to seat the bearings, then loosen it back up 1/2 turn, and tighten it to 10-12 in. lbs. (1.1-1.7 N m). Basically, just tighten it enough to get rid of the play.
Whatever you do, after you're finished, drive it a little bit and then lift the car up again and recheck the wheels for play. Sometimes they can loosen up a bit the first time.
