Yeah, just those goofy 4" tails hanigng out the back (if that sig pic is current) I am the same age, and have always enjoyed the sleeper panther cars. My old 87 was a perfect sleeper. The wagon still is, none of the exhaust is visible, nobobdy notices the big brakes, even through the wheels. The only real giveaway is the exhaust note. I actually would like some 16" steelies with full wheelcovers for the wagon. Even more sleeper.

They're Marauder exhaust tips from the Ford catalog. (I think they're 3" pipes and if the other car can see them, I've already put a car and a half on the other guy).

I prefer to keep 'em guessing, even after I blew them away.

Most people don't pay attention to the exhaust. (I remember when I first got them, a few guys noticed). I'm installing some parts next week to give me a few more horses. I'll keep you posted.

Thats the great thing about my car. The wheels are stock Lincoln, even though they aren't for that particular model. Unless you know enough to identify them, they look correct because they're era correct. The exhaust is completely hidden, and quiet. Nobody knows its anything but grandma's car, including the driver.

                New problem

I can feel the capliers holding the rotors when I first start the car in the morning. Any idea what the problem could be? (I've had the car back for a few days now. It didn't do this when I picked it up from the shop the other day).

Rust buildup overnight. Normal. Or somthing is actually dragging...

Did they lube the caliper pins? If not, they'll tend to stick. How old are the brake hoses? Its possible they're failing internally and not letting the fluid drain back.

I don't know if it's rust buildup or not. Is it possible it could be air in the brake line? (The brakes grab and then let go. This only happens when the car is parked).

That's not a bleeding issue. Air in the lines would make them not grab at all, until you pump the pedal

Bring it back to the shop. I really think it's the new rotors rusting overnight. It's common on newer cars, or just replacement parts.

It also happens during the day. I don't think the rotors can rust that quickly. (I'll figure it out).

Yeah, almost does sound like bad hoses if it does that that consistantly
