The pic of mrltd's wagon in the POTM running autocross shows exactly the problem I would like to address with my car. How do you get the rear wheels to stick out more with 17" wheels? Spacers or a wider rearend? The fronts look perfect. I want the rear to look as good as the front.

First of all, a wagon is a bit wider at the rear fenders than a sedan, so you won't need to come out quite as much for the same effect.
When I put together the hillbilly SUV I got a set of wheel adapters off of ebay. 4.5" X5 spacers are pretty common. Just figure out how far out they can come without rubbing the fenders and order them.Owner of the only known 5 speed box wagon with a lift kit.

The issue is that the track width is different front to rear...1.5" or 2.0" adapters should be enough, but that is a lot of spacer. A 10.5" Mustang wheel might work witout a spacer....I need to get one and trial fit it.Builder/Owner of Badass Panther Wagons

I put his 17 x 9 wheels on the rear and with no rotor they had a little clearance, so even with the rotor they will have no where enough clearance. Id imagine the bullets are the same unless you get dished ones.http://secondhandracing.com/Home.aspx
