    Mustang EFI wiring harness

Is there any way to use the wiring harness off of a foxbody to fit to a panther? I don't know what exactly is contained in the harnesses. Thanks.

Of course, it's just a PITA.... Why not get a panther harness?

So much easier to find a mustang than panther where I am. Thank you, I wasn't sure.

you can find 5.0 Mustangs easier than 5.0 Panthers? huh, around here you *never* find a V8 Mustang in the yard unless its completely gutted.

Anyway, yes it can be made to fit, no it won't be easy. The panther harness will physically lay in place neatly, and its grossly easier to wire it up if the parts fit where they need to be. Fox cars have the ECM and battery on opposite sides vs a panther, and the upper intake also faces the wrong way. I guess maybe you could flip the whole harness upside-down, but it still won't quite fit right without some surgery.

Agreed. Although I did find one 86 5.0 Mustang with only the upper intake missing at EZ pull... If you have access to 5.0 Mustangs at your yard, can you get any Mass Air Flow, Automatic Transmission computers?
