351W Swap

I know there's gotta be plenty of threads about this, but I just wanted to know the basics of what I need, to swap a 351W into a CV or MGM originally equipped with an EFI 5.0L. I just want to know what I need, to get the CV up and running. I am nowhere near doing this swap, but I would like to get ahead of myself. Oh and I'm going EFI with the 351W. I had a thread like this a while ago, but it was deleted during the upgrade.
