They should flow the same. Any Truck 351W shortblock from 1994+ will have a roller cam except for the Lightning. The Lightning ran a plain old flat tappet marine cam from the 70's. It is a joke to pay what the junkyards usually want for a Lightning motor.

EFI better? LAUGHABLE! I'm not gonna let some dopey computer do my engines thinking for it. I'M in control! I don't fully trust an engine computer that uses Intel chips anyway
