both Advance and Autozone have a listing for reman GT-40 heads (F67something casting #) but rarely have any available when you go to order them.

the casting #'s confuse me

Mine have all been F3ZE so far. I haven't checked the latest set as they are still on the Exploder motor. The difference is that Cobra heads had the surface machined for a smaller chamber.Originally posted by Grand_Marquis_GT
Any standard reman head will still have weak springs which will have to be replaced. You are better off buying a cheap set of used heads and then putting in new high flow (stems undercut) valves and higher lift springs.Comment
